I don't think you can remove it without removing the windshield. At least when I did mine, I couldn't see how to do it without removing the windshield.

Is there a trick socket or wrench to remove the bolts (3/8 or 7/16) on top of the dash next to the windshield? It looks like I have to take the Windshield out to get to them. None of my 1/4 sockets and universals will get to them. Or am I missing something that can be done under the dash, but it doesn't look like it!

These come up regularly on Ebay. Also, Weiand also still makes a 4 barrel
intake for the Poly!

I had a factory 4 bbl intake from a boat Andrew but I traded it away a few years ago. You may want to check out this web site for polys:

There's a couple of places to check under the bussiness directory for a 4 bbl. intake. I believe Weiand still makes one.
