Dynamic 9 1/2" converter




Hey, Don.
Someone posted that the Dynamic 9 1/2" converter he has installed works just 
as well as your e-mail (below) stated, but that under a significant load, like 
going up a steep grade with several passengers in the car, the fluid gets 
really hot. Understanding the science of it as you do, do you think this is a 
likely side effect of using the Dynamic 9 1/2" ?
I'm thinking of putting one in my car which has the standard rear end (2.76, 
I think), and I'd like to add this info to my consideration, if it is a 
possible down side to this converter when used on an everyday passenger car.

Cheap converters (10 inch and larger with stall)are slippery but even they 
dont have to reach rated stall to move the car.  
Dynamic 9 1/2 as Bill mentioned drives like a stock converter. You can not 
tell it isnt. and yet it will allow the big cam engine to idle without breaking 
everything insite . It will pull away like a stocker BUT, If you Brake it and 
load it up when you relase it you may get a nose bleed. 
Really guys we are not dreaming. they really are that good.
