Hi David,
Not sure about the Edelbrock intake but I've had both an Edelbrock Torker 
with a 850 DP Holley and the present Wieland dual plane intake with a 770 
Street Avenger Holley on my 440 in my 65 Satellite with no problems. I am 
running a stock dual snorkel Mopar air cleaner.
