Willard: Only due to the fact that the rubber is more "correct", similar to OEM. The poly stuff is certainly better in terms of performance and holding up, but its very shiny and and looks much different than the real thing. Consider poly if you plan to drive your car alot,
rubber if originality is your focus. Good Luck! Don

Date: Mon, 11 Dec 2006 19:41:52 -0800 Don, I'm going to be rebuilding the suspension and steering on my 64 Plymouth Sport Fury. Would you tell me why you chose the rubber instead of the poly bushings? I'm trying to decide which way to go. Dave: I shopped all this stuff and went with PST's rubber (non poly) front end kit. I think it all looks really good. The lower control arm/ball joint assembly is not quite correct in terms of matching OEM parts, but its closeenough. The pricing was very competetive, service was outstanding...althoughthey were surprisingly inflexible on handling returns as pledged by their initial phone rep. Make sure you are clear on their terms when buying a kit.
