Jim...Pre '72 A-body's all came with the 5 stud on 4" bolt pattern wheels. Some 
came with 13" wheels, but the higher performance cars came with 14" wheels. 
Most were 4.5" wide, but the Formula S/Commando/Swinger/GTS cars came with a 
14x5.5" wheel.

For 15" ,4"BC wheels, Stockton Wheel possibly makes'em,or some other 
aftermarket wheel company may make them.
