14"s came on various A-bodies from 65-76 (Jan 1. 1976).
most were 14x5" rims,
common on 65-67 V8 cars, standard on 68-later V8 cars
14x5" steels were still used
through Jan 1. 1976 on drum brake A-bodies (Jan 1. 1976, federal
mandate to require discs... drums disco'ed).

all A-bodies got 14" of some type begining in 1970,.. the 13"s
were disco'd. base was a 14x5" rim.

convertibles, begining in 66 (maybe 65) got 14" rims standard
even if it was a 225 car.

14x5.5" steel rims were available from 65 or 66 through 69, from 70 on,
they were 14x5.5 rallye rims. the 14x5.5" are sought after because they
came on GTS's, Formula S's and what not...

only from a custom wheel manufacturer like Stockton.
