Jim,

Just like Dustin and Jeff said, you can take the centers from your
wheels and have some people build whatever you want.  Summit carries
the SBP steelies in 14" and 15".  If I were doing it, I would go with
15" (or even 16") only to get a better selection in tires.  14" tires
are getting hard to find with much selection.

There are several companies that will weld up your new wheels with
whatever offset and width you desire, but I would caution you to take
their advice on wheels--a friend had stockton decide on the
backspacing for some rear wheels he had made up, and they did
something like 5.25", which of course ran into his springs.  Not to
mention they looked silly as they were only 7" wide, and went way
inside his wheel wells on his 65 cuda.

Of course, you have to qualify all of the above being that I did this
to my car =)
