SEM makes good stuff for plastic recolor. The key, as in all painting, 
is prep, prep, prep. Use the appropriate cleaners as suggested by the 
brand you choose to use before proceeding. http://www.sem.ws/index.php 
is a reference.

There's also VHT color penetrating dye for vinyl. I saw it referenced 
buy have not used it. Summit sells it.
