ADMIN: Topica mail status

Topica is not performing. They apparently are putting fewer and fewer 
resources in "supporting" their mail lists. 

Now many people can receive mail but can't post mail by using their 
regular e-mail account. When they do send a mail they get an error 
message, like this one, below, but their message never gets posted ansd 
sent to all.

The only short term solution I know is to post directly from Topica's 
bulletin board style interface. That bypasses Topica's outdated, 
underpowered "IN" mail servers.

Sorry about the hassle. We'll see if this gets straightened out by 
Topica. If not, I'll go from there.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.  I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic.  Thanks!
