ground the neutral saftey switch wire at the starter relay. Then the starter relay will work . it does not ground through the case but through the starter relay wire . The relay will not work without this . power comes in but has now where to go if the neutral switch is not making a good ground. When the relay then works the starter will also work. Then TAKE THE PAN OFFF the trans and adjust the neutral safttey switch so it is at the high point in neutral. Check that it makes a ground by wiring it back in properly. If it does not then replace the neutral safety switch.

I wrote the remove pan in capitals because i have found one can fart around for 14 weeks trying to adjust it ortake ten minutes of minor inconvienience and get it perfect the first time.
