RE: 1965 Satellite Transmission Question

1. For a speedo cable, simply purchase one for a 1966 Satellite. The
speedo gauge end is the same as yours, but the transmission end is the
same as all that came later.

2. For the kickdown linkage, save your money. Find a kickdown linkage
setup from a C-body. These are one-piece rods, and are ignored by the
later "musclecar" Mopar set because they don't work on their
B-bodies--the linkage won't clear the firewall. But it does, easily, on
our older cars. I have this setup on my 1964 Fury from a 1972 New
Yorker big block. It clears with lots of room to spare, and works
beautifully.

This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
