727 to 4speed swap

Hey all, 
   
  Always thinking of new things to do to my Sport Fury, rational or not.  My 65 has a console shift 727, was thinking about converting to a 4 speed.  Has anyone ever done an automatic to 4 speed swap?  Other than the transmission itself, how did you do the rest of the conversion?
