Hi Dan We've used new foam in both front & rear seats. The front covers (the back-rest) are tight because there is 2" less vinyl in that back section, compared to the original covers (ie 2" shorter). I'm surprised how well they fit considering that discrepancy. The stitching looks like it's a bit more stretched than it should be, and the join between the top of the seat-back and the top of the rear panel also looks a bit stretched, with a bit more of a gap than there used to be. I'll check the windlace before we start thinking of trimming the U-jamb seals.
