I can't say for sure on a B Body, but definitely on a 63-66 A Body. as all pertinent body lines match perfectly. Doug Dutra over a slant6.org has a 64 Dart front clup on his 65 or 66 Barracuda. I'd love to put a 65 Barracuda front clip on my 65 Dart wagon (well actually it's a 65 Valiant wagon with a Dart front clip on it with a Dart VIN). Only need a decent spare driver's fender for a Valiant/Barracuda to do the swap.

I thought I read somewhere once that you can exchange the entire nose (fenders, hood, grill, bumper) between 1963, 1964, and 1965 Plymouth B-bodies?
