Bill, are you missing your horn switch? Check out ebay # 290205648022. It 
should look something like that. The spring is built into the switch. But it 
mounts to the steering wheel with 3 special screws and plastic spacers. A 
lot of the time those spacers are broke and it wont work right if it's not 
mounted with those spacers.
