Torque for bolts into aluminum parts





I am installing an aluminum intake and water pump and housing on my 413.  I'm assuming the factory specified torque for the carb mounting studs, water neck and pump to housing bolts will be too high for the aluminum parts.  How much should I back off the torque to avoid stripping out the holes?  Is there a good rule of thumb?
