Re: Difficult to start when hot

Hi all,

I had the same problem and this is what I did. I installed a new holley pump mounted up near my rear shocks. This is wired via a relay and switch.

When I start the car cold or hot I turn on the pump just to fill the carbs. This pump is a " pull through design" and the mech pump will suck through it, when its
off. Works great. I am running a 528 cid wedge, 10.6 comp, alum heads and a six pack. With out this, the fuel boils/evaporates quickly.
