RE: '64 non-glare dash paint





If I remember correctly, My parent's '64 Sport Fury's dash top did not look like satin -- it looked more like primer (very flat).  There was NO sheen at all -- and I know it was stock!  

Is it possible that the dash top was painted with a very different kind of paint than the body?
