The 4 rivet fans came on the A/C cars as they were not high pro engs and the 
5 rivets were for the high pros.  later years may have changed that but 
check the part no. on your fans  first two numbers are the year. 2= 196 
second number 1 etc. would be 61,62,63,64 etc. If you have a 1963 car the 
part num,ber has to be 23 or below 24 were not made yet  Dave O

From the 65 Dodge and Plymouth hemi Superstock Authenticity Guide by
Jim Schild, page 20, the fan had 4 rivets laid out like in Nick's photo.

I agree with you though, in alot of the pictures/diagrams you see the 5
rivet model with the five rivets in the shape of the '5' on a six-sided die.
