Nope...you should just see fuel coming from the accelerator pump nozzles, not fromthe primary or secondary boosters. They are vacuum activated when the engine is running.

Ok, all you carb experts. If I look down the throat of the carburetorwithout the car running and hit full throttle, shouldn't I see gas come out of the primaries and secondaries? I'm not seeing anything in the secondaries which is probably why the car seems starved when I jump on it. I wish I was better at this stuff as I like working on it.
