As far as I know, Kramer does not manufacture anything.  He might 
subcontract some work.
The floor pan line he sells currently is manufactured by Sherman.
Kramer's prices are suggested retail prices, and if you find other 
distributors for Sherman, they quote prices off the same list as Kramer does.
