I have purchased arm rest pads from Auto Medic Supply 
(sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 866-441-7039, CA) I think they now have a web 
site.

For the arm rest base, repops are showing up.  Try B/E&A 
(www.beaparts.com OH), Suchy (dinahandjoe@xxxxxxxxxx 770-964-4441 GA)
