Heater Core

Hi Ya'll
Where you recommend I buy a heater core for my 65 Satellite with air? Also, How can I resolve this dragging on the shifting of my transmission after its beeen sitting? I know drive it more often but, without inspection sticker (windshield crack) I'm limited. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated thanks!
