No, Only two mechanics in the whole world have the proper tool and both of them are usually sick at the same time. Normaly that would have been considered a shop tool and owuld be in the tool crib but I have never worked anywhere that had one. It is completley unecessary anyway. It only takes a second to pop them out unless they are rusted in. The real necessitiy is to make sure you dont mark them.

And if your mechanic is not familiar with Mopar torsion bars, don't forget to remind him to unload the tension of them before whacking away at the LCA, rubber sleeve on the TB and vise grips, or he might even have the proper tool.
