Replacing Rear Wheel Studs

Is the easiest way to do this pull it and have a machine shop do it?
or is there a fairly simple way I can do this myself @ home?

I'm looking @ new wheels and tires for the coronet and want to get rif
of the LH studa on the rear of the car. The front have been replaced
already.
