Re: 63 Belvedere

Some time ago I was at a show with my '63 Belvedere. I was far enough away to not be assumed as the owner - but not so far out as to not be able to eavesdrop on comments of onlookers. One such
conversation between two older gents went something like this......
Gent 1. I love these early Plymouth and Dodges....
Gent 2. Me too, but these '63 Plymouths have to be the ugliest thing they ever built...
Gent 1. How can you say that!?!
Gent 2. Just look at the nose on this thing, and those weird angled signals...
Gent 1. You're just looking at it in the wrong mindset...
Gent 2. What do you mean?
Gent 1. See those signals you mentioned?
Gent 2. You mean those angled, ugly, oval things....yeah.
Gent 1. Due to the angle and shape I can't help but think of the feet of a good lookin' woman gettin'
a good, long, going over, (note: this part edited for content)
Gent 2. Hmm, see what you mean, I doubt I'll ever look at these cars the same ever again.

I haven't ever seen a '63 Plymouth since without that running through my mind - and now I doubt you will either.
