Height adjustment

MS Cruiser came home yesterday and I have been playing with the height adjustment. I gave up on a fender height and went back to the way Mom Mopar says to do it. I cannot accurately measure it. Lack of proper tools. I am just bending a tape measure. My cement floor is pretty level.
I am close to book adjustment now and going to ride around and try it some more.
Book= difference between LCA and lower ball joint height 1 3/4" ....I now have 1 1/2 driver side  and 1 1/4 pass side.
It sat all night and did not change. Fender height ended up 25 1/4 on both sides
