Christopher, It's like Herb said, on the pushbutton control unit. There is a finger that extends from the bottom of the reverse button slide that rides in a u-shaped lever on the back-up light switch. It's possible that either the switch bracket is bent or loose and the switch has been flipped on, and now cannot be flipped off. The other possibility of course is that the switch has either failed or broken. Be extremely careful if you have to remove the wires from the switch, as most switches have gotten brittle with age. Hopefully it's a simple fix.
