It's running fine again. I think it's a vapor lock deal. The coil is 
listed as 12v and the guys said we don't need the resistor with these 
12v aftermarket coils. It did smooth out the high speed missing when I 
switched it. It was a couple days later when the other issue raised it's 
head.
