I want to thank the guy, I am sorry I don't remember who, that some time ago sent in his way for making the rubber grommet that goes around the outside of the tail lights bezels on a 65 Ply.
I did exactly as he said. Got the smallest vacuum hose, slit it and slipped it on. 
Worked so good on the Petty Stock Car I am going to do it on MS Cruiser.
