WLS out of Chicago. If you had a 8' whip and cruise State St in Jackson MS 
with the reverb on....u had a bad machine. In them days I had a 421 Pontiac 
...stayed clear of the Mopars....ate the Chevys and Fords for lunch.....

For me in Iowa , the night time boomer was KAAY in Little Rock ARK. I heard
my first Beatles song on that station and was blown away with that "new"

Same here was KOMA Oklahoma City, Okla.  if I remember right, maybe  1520
on the dial, listen most nites here in Nebraska, could not get them in the
day time

Dodge Polara 500.  The station was KOMA, Wolf Man Jack  was on it too, first

had ever heard of him, it was the coolest station in  the nation.  It had
