Paul, Do you have the instructions for that carb? I was thinking you usually have to use like an 1/8" drill bit to set the closed position for the choke. To do this you have to bend the rod mechanism as I recall. This is generic stuff not Holley specific. Hmm, I have a Holley in the garage but I think it's a manual choke. I'll go check it out.
