The '62-'65 K-member is different than the '66-later part. Using the '66-up K-member (or an aftermarket K-member designed for a '66-later car) will result in the engine being set back over 1 1/2". Lots of other things won't fit well either unless you're a good fabricator. A lot of parts listings incorrectly group the '65 with the later cars. We run into that often when doing part number research.
