Looking for a Speedometer drive gear, 19 tooth for a 1960 Chrysler

Does anyone know where to obtain a 
19 tooth speedo drive gear for a 1960 Chrysler?
The drive gear housing has a total length of 2 7/16".

If the 19 tooth is not available I suppose I could use a substitute.

Any help is appreciated.
