Sorry to hear the news. I wish you a speedy recovery. Hopefully you can continue to plan out and get the parts for when you are better in 6-8 weeks. I suspect in a couple weeks after it doesnt hurt as bad, you might be doing some one-handed wrenching. If you're anything like me, once the pain is gone, I have a tendency to do what I want regardless of DR orders.
