cam timing

Here is a new topic for you Mopar heads.
I recently started installing a stroker kit in my 383 and am using a solid roller set up.
I used a degree wheel to find true tdc and it is 2 degrees retarded.
My crank gear has the ability to be advanced or retarded 2 or 4 degrees.
Which is the best setting for a roller set up.
This motor will not see the street; it will get used a quarter mile at a time.
Any suggestions appreciated.
Thanks
