${top_text_ad} It must be a 1963 Polara 500 Ramcharger (i.e. Stage I). There were only 7 Ramcharger A models (Stage II), and none of them were convertibles. The convertible body code was 645. There were 124 1963 Polara 500 Ramchargers. Of these there were 28 convertibles. They seem to be fairly split between manual and automatic, so my guess would be 13 convertibles with whatever transmission it has. Anyway, sweet ride. This info is from the Darrell Davis book. - Jim Jim Altemose, Long Island, NY '63 Polara 500 (Max Wedge) '63 Polara 500 (383) '65 Belvedere I (Street Wedge) '71 Bronco On Wed, Jun 23, 2010 at 1:23 AM, Gary H. <spigot2039@xxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > > > Maybe 1 of 13 Polara 500s that had the 426 2x4 option? > > Nice ride in any case!
