Okay, thanks, will do Nico. I'm thinking that even if a couple plug wires were fried the motor should still run, though poorly. Unless all of them went bad. Weirder things have happened. :)

Could anything in the distributor have broken? How much play should there be in the rotor if I grab it and move it left to right and back?
