Hej Knud, What are you saying? The rear drums are hard to get off...or you want to use the front drum on the rear? If the rear are hard to get off, you might have to back off the star wheels to allow the drum to clear the ridge that sometimes forms as the drum wears. If it's the front then try knocking (or pressing) out the studs before you take the drum off.
