I think you need to do the body work first without the top in the way.  I'm 
wrapping up my '65 Satellite convertible right now.

TAKE PICTURES till you think you have too many then take three times more.  
Also, BAG & TAG everything in as small a group as you can.  Then keep all the 
related stuff together.  I bought a LOT of storage boxes to keep the groups 
together - Interior, top, under hood, dash, consol, firewall, interior lights, 
etc.  You may spend $100-200 on containers but you're working on a $25,000 
project - don't go cheap here or you'll go nuts finding stuff during assembly.
