Yes, you need to trim the new foam to mirror the old foam as they send you a
generic set of foam.  I needed to trim my foam to fit inside my 63 Sport
Fury's seat covers.  Don't get to aggressive as the old foam has shrunk but

Anybody ever install a set of Legendary bucket seat covers on a 64
Polara or similar? I'd like to know if it's necessary to cut any of the
foam off when you use new buns. I'm having a little trouble fitting mine
and it almost looks like the foam is too big.
