Gary, if she's got fuel, the floats are not set too high and flooding, the timing is correct (not 180 degrees off), then, as has been mentioned, a dry and wet compression test would be a good place to start. Then there is the fuel filter issue. Years ago I tried everything during a breakdown along 'ol Rte 17 in GA, before I-95. I won't mention the vehicle (OK, it had a bowtie). Anyway, the fuel filter was the problem.  Also, as we have seen in this group before, you can sometimes have a screwball ballast resistor. Check in to that as well. You'll get her!
