Tag Light

Ok, next problem. How to get the screws out of the tag light lenses. My 
paint guy painted over the tag light lenses and they are held in place 
with those funky one way screws. Why would Chrysler do that? Anyway, 
only one screw from each lense is excessable from the trunk and I was 
able to back them out from the other side. Any suggestions on how I get 
the other two out? And then what would be the best thing to use to clean 
the paint off the plastic lenses without harming them? 
Any help would be appreciated.
