just going off of top of head,,,,, but my thoughts are the flywheel is the same size, just a different bolt pattern for the pressure plate,,,,,, and  a latter LA engine flywheel should fit, and have the larger diameter pressure plate ,,,,,, and if you feel competent with your abilities you could probably redrill and tap your current flywheel for the larger pressure plate and disc.
