IMO, Pertronix,  especially if your wanting to keep it original/stock looking!  If your building a race/street car, 6 to 1 half dozen to the other.

http://www.hemmings.com/hmn/stories/2010/12/01/hmn_feature21.html gives an overview of the Chrysler/Prestolite distributors.
 
You can go with Mopar's electronic conversion package or use the Pertronix unit. Pertronix also has a kit for the dual point distributors.
