RE: Data Plate

Last I heard of or remember, there were several Dodge Assembly Plants in 1962 for which no build data was currently available. More importantly, there apparently was inconsistency in the data plate codes used by the various Assembly Plants. So where that Dodge was built will give you clue as to whether any decode is obtainable from the fender tag/data palte. The vin allows you to pinpoint the Assembly Plant. That's why I asked anyway. Someone will update me if I am off base. :)

Thanks,
Gary H.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. That is, send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
