Thanks Dave and Gary for the advice. I know a couple guys in law enforcement so Ill start there and see what they say. I thought maybe there might be some website that might be able to track them down but maybe not.Thanks again guys, Bill

Bill,

If you know someone in law enforcement, they can run the VIN to see what comes up. I had a buddy of mine track down my old '70 GTX this way about 10 years ago. It happened to still be in my state, so I'm sure that helped. I'm not sure how successful this would be is it was in another state, though - but I think it could still be tracked that way. Of course, this would only tell you where it was last registered. With our old cars, that could be decades ago.

Im trying to track down two cars,63 Plymouth Sport Fury 64Plymouth
Fury that my brother owned new. He has the vin numbers. What is the
best way to try to track down these cars with their vin numbers? Has
anyone here done this before? I really dont know where to start.
