Ooo-Oooo- OOOOO- Mister Kartter, can I tell him that? I think my meds have been changed on me. I've been in a weird mood all day.
ANYway.
A letter car is a Chrysler 300. I believe they started in 1955 with the C-300, and went like this.
you can read more about them at the 300 club http://www.chrysler300club.com/History.htmVery nice cars, mostly. My Newport is the same body as the 300H but I have bench seats not bucket, No possi rear end, 1 less leaf in the leaf springs, and I have the smaller motor a 361 instead of the 413 with Dual 4bbl Carbs.
Lots of people just refer to any of them as "Letter cars" more or less full sized race cars with bucket seats. Take that T-Bird and Corvette. A full size race car, that can go shopping at the store during the week.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. That is, send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
