Four speed changeover

I'm changing my 63 Sport Fury over to a four speed manual and have the
majority of the parts. I have the manual floor hump, pedal setup,
correct crossmember, correct dash insert, and multiple four speeds. I
don't have an early bellhousing or torque shaft. I do have an 11 inch
and 10.5 inch later bellhousing. Is it worth it buying the early
bellhousing and torque shaft, or just go ahead and fab a part to use
the later bellhousing or shattershield ?

I did buy the peppered blue carpet earlier for the car for an auto and
will have to buy the manual carpet now, so if anyone needs some carpet
for an auto. It's still in the box.
