There were two versions of the long rams, and although t he same length the
short ones had dividers in the plenum and kept the distance of a common plenum
closer to the combustion area, and to the best of my knowledge the long
rams were never used on the max wedge engines, and were only installed on the
full size vehicles later to be called C-bodies
